The Word of God

A man was asked why he has stopped attending Church Service despite
being confirmed in the Church.
He replied that the sermons preached every Sunday are so many and he
can't remember their messages after sometime. He was asked if he could
remember what was on the Menu at the hotel at on a day he
visited London last month ? The man had no clue !
The Word of God is like the food we eat. One does not need to remember
what was preached in the past. All that is important is that the Word helps us
to grow spiritually just as the physical food we eat make us grow
healthy.
